What is a conversation?

A conversation includes all messages within 24 hours. Each new message from the customer resets the 24-hour timer. If more than 24 hours pass without messages, the next interaction counts as a new conversation.

Example: If a customer asks about the menu today at 10:00 AM and makes a reservation today at 8:00 PM, it's 1 conversation. If they write tomorrow at 9:00 AM (13h later), it's still the same conversation. If they write the day after at 10:00 PM (more than 24h after the last message), it will be a new conversation.
